Hi there, My name is Sarah SHEPPARD. I’m old enough to know better but young enough not to care… 😉 I’m married to the long suffering Mr Shepps and mother to three Beautiful, successful, kind, valid and important young people. They make me proud every day and I hope they will be contributing to my blog.

I understand the importance of self-care (learnt the hard way) and I’m enthusiastic to share any findings with you. I love a bit of organising and a life hack so I will be sharing these with you too. I’m a bit of a tourist in my own town and love a photo opportunity so you may get these too along the way.

A person doesn’t progress without the help and assistance from the village of people around them, so I will be looking for ideas, feedback and even guest writers amongst yourselves.

I’m a very spiritual person, I’m a psychic medium, healer and Tarot reader amongst other things so there’s bound to be a few spiritual references…. not your thing? Please just respect my beliefs and I’ll respect yours.
