
Don’t overthink spending time on yourself, that’s what I’m here for…. lol. Truth is you probably do a few things already. We are all guilty of taking the little things for granted. For the next few days, keep a note of the things the do from the above list. These are a very basic example of self-care activities. I hope to share new ideas with you of things to try. It wont all be for everyone but I hope you find something that interests you.
